Complete Application for Admission

Online (preferred):  To apply using the online application for admission, Apply Now and complete the online application form.

Submit Application Fee

Online:  Pay your $50 application fee for Graduate Programs or $40.00 application fee for Undergraduate Programs - online upon completing the application for admission, or pay at the web address: https://www.utica.edu

Telephone Payment: Credit card payments can also be made over the telephone by calling: (315) 792-3001.

Check or Money Order: Make your check or money order payable to Utica College. Mail your fee to the Utica College Online Processing Center (address below).

Fax or Mail the Application Signature Page to the Online Processing Center

If you applied using the online application, you must complete the Application Signature Page. You will have the ability to download the form at the end of the online application process.

The Application Signature Page should be faxed to:(866) 801-1521, or mailed to the Utica College Online Processing Center (address below).

Order Official Transcripts from ALL Previously Attended Colleges

Order official/sealed copies of transcripts from ALL previously attended colleges. Have each transcript sent to the Online Processing Center (address below). 

Utica College requires an official transcript from EACH school you have earned academic credit as well as transcripts for CLEP and Dantes exams.
