The Economic Crime and Cybersecurity Institute of Utica College (ECCI) drives leading-edge thinking on economic crime issues faced by business and government through educational programs, policy guidance, research, and solutions. It is a forum for the exchange of ideas, solutions, and technology for managing the risk of economic crime and fraud.
The Economic Crime and Cybersecurity Institute supports education and research in financial crime and information security, providing a reliable resource for innovative solutions to corporate, government, and law enforcement entities. It also provides the Economic Crime Investigation and Management faculty of Utica College with support for the development of academic programs and provides a national forum for the exchange of ideas on economic crime and fraud management.
With dynamic leadership and innovative ideas are drawn from its Directors - forward thinking executives who are experts in the prevention, detection, and investigation of economic crime and fraud - the Institute works to foster a rich learning environment that positions graduates to assume key roles in the fields of economic crime, fraud, and risk management.
