Application Checklist

Utica College accepts applications throughout the year, for enrollment in the Spring, Summer and Fall terms. Decisions are mailed within 2-3 weeks after the completed enrollment application is received and reviewed by our admission’s department.

 How to Submit an Application for Admission

Online (preferred):  Applying for admission to Utica College is quick and easy with the online application admission form. Fill out the online enrollment application and an admission’s representative will be in touch with you shortly.

 How to Submit an Application Fee

Online: Prospective students will need to pay a $40 application fee for Undergraduate Programs or $50 for Graduate Programs. This application fee can be paid online after completing the application for admission. Payments can also be made through UC’s online payment portal.

Telephone Payment: Debit or credit card payments can also be made over the telephone by calling (315) 792-3001. Utica College accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, or Visa payments by phone between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST.

Check or Money Order: Make your check or money order payable to Utica College. Mail your fee to the Utica College Online Processing Center (address below).

 How to Complete Your Online Application File

Once your application is submitted, you’ll need to submit additional documents to complete your file. All documents must be faxed or mailed to the Utica College Online Processing Center, or emailed to your personal enrollment coordinator, unless otherwise noted.

  • Required documentation for all programs
    • a. Resume
    • b. Official Transcripts*
  • Additional documentation that may be requested
    • a. Personal Statement with Signature
    • b. Letters of Recommendation (Required for Graduate programs)
    • c. Proof of Licensure (RN & tDPT)
    • d. English Language Competency (international applicants)

*Transcripts should be mailed unopened to the Utica College Online Processing Center. Official electronic transcripts are also accepted if available, speak to your admissions manager for instructions on how to order.

 How to Order Official Transcripts from Previously Attended Colleges

Graduate Program Applicants: Order an official degree-bearing transcript from the school where you completed your Bachelor’s degree. If you obtained any graduate credits, please order these transcripts as well.

Undergraduate Program Applicants: Utica College requires an official transcript from EACH school you have earned academic credit as well as transcripts for CLEP and DANTES exams.

Have each transcript sent to the Online Processing Center (address below).
